Identifying the pain point/ problem that needs to be addressed and define strategies and requirements to fulfill that need.

Communicate the research, test, findings and recommendations for teams to collaboratively decide how to proceed further.


2. STRATEGIZE
Collaborate and construct a plan laying down timelines, milestones and gather all necessary information.
3. PROTOTYPE
Develop a prototype that consists all features required for MVP (Minimum Viable Product). This helps in testing out the new designs and validating existing concepts.

4. TEST
Conduct usability sessions to collect user data on their interactions with a product, quantitative data and qualitative data.

5. ANALYZE
Analyze the tests gives insight into the product's efficiency and how effectively a user is able to complete tasks on it.

6. ITERATE
Design iterations after testing/analyzing help improve the overall efficiency and get the users the most optimized state of the product. Testing is done if changes that impact the entire flow are done.
